The program is not focused on ONE way of working or ONE specific philosophy. That time is over. This is for those who want a broader platform and who want to bring together philosophy and modern psychology as well as NLP, shamanism, hypnocoaching, quantum psychology, neuropsychology, healing and Transformational coaching. By also using your intuition and healing abilities in combination with transformational coaching techniques, powerful and profound results are created in people.
Your certification gives you a great platform whether you want to use the skills and tools in your current professional role or work as a professional coach or trainer.
It gives you expanded abilities and an expansive toolbox that traditional coaching training or traditional therapy lacks, and it provides a completely different boost in terms of the results you can create together with your clients.

The content of the Inner Mastery Trainer is based on the modules and what you delved into through the Inner Mastery the Fundamentals course
Each module contains models, mindsets and tools that you first worked through linked to your own development in Inner Mastery the Fundamentals. This forms the foundation of the Inner Mastery Trainer program based on how you as a Trainer should guide others through their development process.

How?

Inspirational and supportive group session on zoom with your Inner Mastery facilitator and the others in the tribe who are doing the program at the same time as you

Every other week. 2.5 hours
-
A mix of lectures, conversations and exercises based on tools and topics from the Inner Mastery program.

Guided visualizations/meditations, individual support, conversations and exercises in pairs/triads or whole groups as well as channeled messages.

Individual Support
During the program, you have the opportunity for individual support through:
-
Buddy Group: A group of 2-3 other participants forming a development group to support and coach each other throughout the process.
-
Optional Individual Coaching Sessions: With your Inner Mastery Trainer. These are paid separately.
Extent
-
Each module is estimated to take about 3-4 weeks. But you decide your own pace of study.
-
The group sessions every three weeks are 6 in number and are adapted to the different modules. Therefore, the common part of the course is approximately 18 weeks in total.
-
The group sessions are recorded and you can therefore watch them afterwards if you are unable to attend.
-
To become certified, you must have had 3 trial clients, 3 sessions each, and have submitted documentation and feedback from them.
