Extent
Each module is estimated to take about 3-4 weeks, but you decide your own study pace.
Certification occurs when you have submitted your certification details.
The group sessions every three weeks are 6 in number and are adapted to the different modules. Therefore, the common part of the course is 18 weeks in total,
The group sessions are recorded and you can therefore take part in them afterwards if you are unable to attend. However, absence from a group session requires you to complete corresponding work that will be documented.
Content
Each module contains models, mindsets and tools that you first worked through linked to your own development in Inner Mastery the Fundamentals. This forms the foundation of the Inner Mastery Leader program combined with additional leadership tools, based on how you as a leader should lead others and your business to new levels.

Lead from your authentic core
You will learn
how to use your inner compass - your authentic self - to make decisions, meet others, maintain calm and focus, be a role model and navigate your daily life as a leader.
Session 2
MIND (IQ)
Create states and results using your mind power
You will learn
how to use your thinking power and energy awareness in your leadership to create optimal inner states and feelings, influence the states and energy of others, and influence the results you want to create
How to use your inner presence and the power of the present moment to create flow, calm and meaning
Session 3:
HEART (EQ)
Create strong relationships and development with emotional intelligence
You will learn
How to relate consciously and use your emotional intelligence to communicate authentically, clearly and empoweringly in your daily leadership.
How to use your intuition and emotional intelligence to stay in touch with your inner guidance, handle challenges and make decisions.
How you handle your own and others' emotions uses them as valuable messengers .

Creating results and meaning through higher awareness

How to use your higher awareness, intuition and "universal listening" to see and understand situations and people from a higher perspective and receive guidance

Create calm and presence through body awareness
