HOW?
Inspiring and supportive group session on zoom with your Inner Mastery facilitator and the others in the tribe who are doing the program at the same time as you
Every other week. 2.5 hours
A mix of lectures, conversations and exercises based on tools and topics from the Inner Mastery program.
Guided visualizations/meditations, individual support, conversations and exercises in pairs/triads or whole groups, and channeled messages. WHY?
Expansion, integration and practice of what you learn in the digital program
Opportunities to meet other people for authentic, developing and supportive encounters and to be seen and heard.
Synergy in growth by sharing each other's processes and learning
Individual support
During the program you have the opportunity for individual support through:
Buddy group 2-3 other participants who create a development group to support and coach each other during the process.
Optional individual coaching sessions with your Inner Mastery Trainer. Paid separately.
Extent
Each module is estimated to take about 2 weeks. But you decide your own study pace.
The group sessions every other week are 5 in number and are adapted to the different modules. Therefore, the common part of the course is 10 weeks in total.
The group sessions are recorded and you can therefore watch them afterwards if you are unable to attend.
